Protection against liquids

Liquids are substances that change their form easily while resisting change in volume. Liquids are virtually incompressible.

Due to their surface tension liquids go ball-shaped in zero gravity. Liquids exert hydrostatic pressure on the walls of the vessel that contains them. When exerting pressure on liquids from outside, this pressure is evenly distributed throughout the liquid.
